People clicked, in ninety days, on every search that signalled somebody wanted to buy.

One blog post is 58 percent of the whole site

A single article about the July 2026 USPS postage increase drew 15,895 impressions and 37 clicks. It outranks and out-impresses every service page you own, combined. It is not a bad article. It is answering a question that people who buy fulfillment do not ask.

Meanwhile the fulfillment page drew 2,063 impressions and two clicks. The kitting page drew 796 and none. The website design page sat at position six for ninety days and got none.

Every service you sell, checked against the Fort Lauderdale results

We took all 35 services in your navigation and searched for each one the way a local buyer would, from Fort Lauderdale. The green column is difficulty: zero to five means the door is open.

You appear in the top twenty for one of them. You appear in the local pack for none of them. The 59,280 monthly searches sitting at difficulty five or below are the closest thing to free ground in this report.

We ran 13 by 13 searches across a 36 kilometre square of Broward County, from Deerfield Beach down to Dania Beach, 169 separate points per term, 1014 searches in total. Each circle below is one real search from that spot on the map.

What we would do about it

1. Put the services on the Google profile

Your profile lists nine categories and every one of them is correct. Google matched the right one to the right search in our tests, so this is already working. What it does not have is a services list, a single post, or a booking link, and it was last touched in June.

2. Ask for reviews, deliberately, from the right clients

Thirty nine reviews is where the reach problem lives. The target is a steady two to four a month rather than a burst, and asked of the clients whose work names the service you want to be found for.

3. Fix the pages that already rank and give nobody a reason to click

Three pages are sitting on page one earning nothing. The website design page ranks for searches with the word package in them and shows no packages and no prices. The kitting page ranks for cosmetic kitting, subscription box kitting and trade show kits, and reads as one general page. These are the cheapest wins on the list because the ranking is already paid for.

4. Build the handful of pages the numbers say are winnable

Subscription box fulfillment, direct mail fulfillment, company stores and trade show fulfillment. Every one has real buyer demand, a cost per click between thirty and a hundred and twelve dollars, and difficulty at or near zero. You have no page for any of them.

5. Decide what happens to 3rdpartyfulfillment.com

That site drew 9,340 impressions in ninety days and nobody clicked once. Nine in ten of its impressions are past position twenty. It is not taking anything from jmfield.com, it is simply not working. What it does have is a list of pages you do not: subscription boxes, pick and pack, pet products, apparel. That list is worth more than the domain.

What we are not saying

• Not that the site is broken. The structure is sound, 138 pages, proper sections, a full Spanish mirror.
• Not that the categories are wrong. They are right and they are working.
• Not to chase the national names. ShipBob and Red Stag own those searches and they are funded to keep them.
• Not to write more articles. Fourteen thousand impressions of general interest reading earned thirty three clicks.
